I rarely build in the Sims 4 but I decided to share these generators because I think this could be useful for builders.

Sims 4 Build Generator

This generator randomizes the lot size, budget, architectural style, special room in your house, and color palette. There is also an option for room build and a community lot.

Random Build Generator

This one is my favorite because it allows you to choose the packs you want to include and the range of rooms, sims, and budget. It also has lot traits and the items you must include in your builds.

Random House Generator

This generator gives you a short description and a story behind the house. If you want to build a community lot, on this website you can also find different types of location generators like shops, restaurants, museums, parks and etc.

Sims House Ideas Generator

Another simple generator, includes house style, budget, and the number of adults and kids in the house.

And this is another generator that was made by Itpuddle for Minecraft but I think this could give you unique and interesting ideas for new builds for the Sims as well.
